Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your terms of use ("Terms and Conditions") before you access and use the Casflo Application ("Application"). This Application is owned and operated by Casflo (referred to as "We").

By using or accessing the Application or any other services provided by Us, you hereby agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions tell you everything you need to know about the Application and the services within the Application.

Your Account Registration

The Application can only be used by you after you have successfully completed registration for your account. You acknowledge that the Application will not be available to you without registration. You can add information about yourself to the account according to the minimum information required by Us in the Application.

You must commit to the age limit to register an account, which is that you must be at least 18 years old, and guarantee the truthfulness of the information you provide.

If you are under 18 years old, you must and We assume you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to register an account. We advise you not to create an account until you have requested approval from your parent or legal guardian.

If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor wishing to create an account, you must agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor, and you are responsible for all use of the account or Application services.

Use of Application

You must use the Application only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, for its intended purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and third-party terms of use.

The Casflo Application is a personal financial management application that provides financial transaction recording services, wallet management, budget planning, savings goal tracking, and artificial intelligence analysis.

Subscription and Payment (Casflo PRO)

Casflo offers a paid subscription ("PRO") that provides access to additional features such as AI Financial Advisor and smart receipt scanning. Subscription fees are paid in advance annually or monthly. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through the Application settings.

Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment gateway service provider (e.g., Midtrans). We do not store your credit/debit card details directly on our servers.
