About Us and the Services
The Casflo App is an application designed for you to manually track and analyze your financial records by entering your transactions into the App. Based on these records, the App provides charts, overviews, budget planning, savings goal tracking, debt management, asset recording, investment tracking, as well as automated responses and analysis generated through artificial intelligence technology (collectively referred to as the "Services").
Information We Collect
We may collect the following types of information when you interact with our Services:
- Personal Information: Name, email address, and password when you register an account on Casflo.
- Transaction & Financial Data: Expense amounts, income amounts, categories you create, and initial wallet balances for analytical purposes on your device.
- Receipt Image Data: When you use the AI receipt scanning feature (PRO), the image you upload is temporarily processed by our AI service provider to extract information and is immediately deleted from the processor's cache without being used to train any models.
